Do credits expire?
No — credits roll over every month while you're a member. They never expire as long as your membership is active.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — 3 months minimum. After that, you can cancel anytime with no penalty.
Can I use my credit on anything?
Yes. Your monthly credit applies to any treatment or service — including the Glow Plans, injectable packages, and skincare.
Do the discounts stack with my credit?
Yes. Member pricing reduces the service cost first, then your credit applies to the remaining balance. Both work on every visit.
What happens to credits if I cancel?
Unused credits remain available for 90 days after your final membership charge, then expire. We recommend applying them toward a Glow Plan or package before canceling.
Can new clients join?
Absolutely. If you're brand new, we recommend starting with a consultation first so we can build a plan that makes your membership work from day one.
